Swiss mechanical watches of value
Beyond names and appearances, MTW Watches is an intensely purist brand, a conviction that stems from its founder’s belief that perfection can be attained. A man with a passion for motor sports and mechanical timepieces, Mansour T. has worked with the leading names in luxury watchmaking. He now brings his vision of time measurement to life in his own workshop, in Geneva. Production is driven by excellence, and by the tried and tested quality of components and materials. Design is rooted in the sleek and powerful energy of the automotive world. And there is more: the founder of MTW Watches has achieved the feat of producing high-end, Swiss-Made watches at unbeatable prices. A statement of belief that price is secondary to value.
More than a watch, a personality: MTW Watches’ powerful creations are a celebration of mechanics, both horological and automotive. The tonneau shape of the case evokes an engine seen from above. Grooved sides trace the outline of four cylinders. The sapphire back reveals the decorated workings of Swiss automatic movements that are renowned for their reliability: the Sellita SW300-1 for the HMS-MT2 and the ETA Valjoux 7750 for the MT1, a chronograph with date and tachymeter. The oscillating weight is shaped like a brake disc. With domed sapphire crystals, satin and sandblasted finishing on the case, including polished angles, Swiss SuperLuminova on hands and numerals, and a silicon strap fastened by a folding buckle, MTW Watches isn’t one to compromise. Water-resistant to 30 metres, the MT1 and HMS-MT2 come with a white, black or red dial matched with a case in steel or steel with black PVD coating.
